ÁKROS
The company — the show begins
Acrobatics and aerial arts. Creations born in our Mouchamps studio, performed on some beautiful festival stages.
© Benoit Chevrier — Festival de PoupetFrom the Greek ἄκρος — "the summit, the peak" — comes akrobatês: the one who walks on tiptoe. The void around it, the right movement: that is where the company has worked since 2020.

Three recent creations, three ways of working: the big festival show, the one-hour bespoke creation, acts designed for an event. We have made others — and yours is still to be written.
Performing nearly 30 metres high.
Straps, flight and aerial acrobatics nearly 30 metres above the stage, in front of 35,000 people, on a festival night.
The film is right here. Below, the bow — seen from the crowd, then from the stage.

An aerial show between sky and ocean.
Commissioned by the City of Nantes: one hour of show written from scratch — voice, choreography, technical installation, production. A crew of sailors takes over the Éric Tabarly bridge, the show climbs into the cables, and one artist rises 54 metres to the top of the pylon.
Everything is made in-house, except the music — which is what lets us build this kind of project almost anywhere.

Aerial acts created for the festival — flown from a crane.
For the festival, the company created bespoke aerial acts — flown from a crane, tuned to the site and its audience.
We like working with a place and its constraints — here, it was the crane.
A big show, a full creation or acts for one evening: it all comes from the same workshop. Tell us what you have in mind and we will look at it together.
Original pieces blending aerial circus, acrobatics and movement arts, created and produced by the company.
Turn-key acts for seminars, weddings, openings and festivals — tailored to your wishes and your budget.
Outside eye, bespoke creation and staging to grow your project.

Ákros was born from the momentum of two artists eager to pass on their skills in aerial and ground acrobatics. The company has grown since: a 250 m² studio we keep improving while preserving its family spirit of mutual support, a team of artists, technicians and coaches — and original creations that carry our vision. Four convictions guide us:
An environment where skills, knowledge and energy flow freely — pros, enthusiasts and the curious all share the same mat.
Pushing further, discovering your limits and learning how to move them, through a thoughtful, adaptive and progressive training methodology.
Our practices flirt with risk: we reduce it relentlessly — training, constant gear checks, physical and mental preparation — to get as close as possible to zero risk.
A company fuelled by imagination: guests from varied horizons to stimulate mind and heart, drawing inspiration from the whole artistic universe.
