ÁKROS
Train in acrobatics, aerial work and performance at height — with a trainer who has been coaching artists and stunt performers at the highest level for over ten years. Intensive professional courses in small groups, in a studio built by artists for artists.
Courses are designed and delivered by ARTIS, the training organisation led by Thomas Le Groignec — founder of the Ákros company, professional acrobat, stunt performer and physical trainer (French state diploma BPJEPS APT). The Ákros studio in Mouchamps is the technical home of the courses: 250 m², six aerial rigging points including a motorised one, gymnastics floor, competition trampoline, and continuously monitored safety equipment.
Training is his trade: acrobatics and stunt trainer for the Contre-Temps Académie (performing-arts training body), acrobatic coach and physical trainer for Choreia in Paris, the Campus Univers Cascade, Néodance and the Formation aux Armes (200-hour programme), former head of the acrobatics section of the French Parkour Federation, and designer of the RB Dance Company dancers' preparation for The Rise. On stage, his own career as an acrobat and stunt performer spans Disneyland Paris, the musical Notre-Dame de Paris, Parc Astérix and Futuroscope.
Quality process under way: ARTIS is structuring its training activity — official registration and Qualiopi certification in preparation.

Intensive weeks in small groups, from the entry assessment to the final staged performance. Every trainee leaves with a detailed certificate, their videos and a personal progression plan.
All levels — parkour, tricking, stunts, gymnastics and circus. From rolls to round-off–flip–somersault lines and twists, all the way to real performance settings: stage, live shows, film.
A specialisation course with technical prerequisites: key straight-arm figures (inversions, meathooks), rigging and safety protocols, and the creation of a personal artistic sequence. Close supervision.
Two immersive weeks combining acrobatics, aerial work, height, safety and creation — the most complete pathway in the catalogue.
The format created for The Rise (RB Dance Company): athletic preparation, aerial acrobatics, mental clarity at height and reflex safety — adapted to your production, your set, your artists.
Our courses are eligible for French professional-training funding schemes: AFDAS for freelance performers and technicians (intermittents), OPCO and skills-development plans for employees. Funding depends on your personal situation and on the funder's decision — but you'll never face the paperwork alone.
